APPLIANCE TECH PARTS RETURN POLICY
90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Appliance Tech Parts will accept any part back within 90 days of purchase if the following criteria are met.
- The part must be returned in the original package.
- The part needs to be packaged using all original packing materials.
- The model and serial number must be provided directly from the appliance the returned part was installed on.
- The part must be installed on the appliance it was intended for.
- A copy of the original packing slip or order information must be included with all returns.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- A refund cannot be issued if the above criteria is not met.
We cannot accept any installed electrical parts back. The part will be inspected to determine if it has been installed. Any installed electrical part cannot be refunded.
Returned parts will be subject to a 20% - 50% restocking fee or a minimum charge of $3.00.
DID YOU RECEIVE THE INCORRECT PART?
Manufacturers are constantly making upgrades and changes to their parts. Part numbers are subject to change. The part number on the part you ordered may have changed. If we make a mistake we will pay for return shipping for the incorrect part and the correct part will be sent out at no additional charge.

Please include your name, address, phone number, model and serial number from your appliance, and your order number with all returns. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
